The second floor has three bedrooms for a sleeping accommodation of 6. There is one full bath and one half-bath on this floor, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room with terrace, and a spacious living room.
In front of the house is a newly constructed, private swimming pool, with dimensions of 10.5 x 3.5 meters.
Near the pool, there is an area for sunbathing and other activities.

Villa Fortica is only a short walk (500m) to a shop where you can purchase fruit, vegetables and staple groceries and household products. Located a short drive (1km) away are 3 excellent restaurants that offer culinary specialties of the region, and in particular roasted lamb dishes.
